About Vic Bosak
Vic Bosak is a second-generation REALTOR® who grew up in the offices of Paul E. Clancy Real Estate, where his mother helped home buyers and sellers in the South Shore suburbs of the Boston Metro area write their next chapters in life.
Graduating with a B.S. in Marketing Management from The Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech in 2003, Vic pursued a career in advertising sales to help create meaningful connections between consumers and businesses through marketing and promotional advertising.
A 17-year sales veteran, Vic has worked for some of the top multifamily Internet Listing Services across the country, including Apartments.com, ApartmentGuide.com & Rent.com, Zumper & PadMapper. His clients have ranged from individual private owners, to multi-billion dollar Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and his core focus has been the promotion of multi-million dollar residential communities.
Having created successful partnerships and advertising campaigns for over 1,500 multifamily properties across the United States and Canada, he has shifted his expertise in consulting, property advertising, sales, and negotiation to the residential real estate market where he is a licensed REALTOR® at The Bryant Group.
Vic has directly overseen the marketing and promotion of a wide range of listings while serving as Director of Marketing at his previous brokerage--from 2-bedroom co-ops to $1MILLION+ luxury properties. From professional photography to aerial videos, print materials to aggressive social media advertising, Vic worked diligently with every listing to ensure the property was showcased in the best light possible, and g0t the maximum exposure necessary to sell quickly and for top dollar. And his goal is to do the same with The Bryant Group.
Vic's goal is to not only help local residents effectively promote their homes and sell them efficiently, but also help local buyers find the next home of their dreams here in Hampton Roads—a place he's called home since 2003.
